  1. Chicken 1 kg 16 pieces
  2. Cumin roasted and crushed ½ tsp
  3. Salt 1 tsp
  4. Chili powder 1 tsp
  5. Khatai powder 1 tsp
  6. Water 1 cup
  7. Ingredients for batter
  8. Gram flour 1 cup
  9. Baking powder ½ tsp
  10. Crushed red pepper ½ tsp
  11. Salt ½ tsp
  12. Coriander leaves 1 tbsp
  13. Green chilies 2 chopped
Method
  • Chicken Pakora are widely used in Pakistan, people often like to eat Chicken Pakoras at rainy weather, Pakora Making is very simple. Enjoy Chicken Pakoras with Ketchup and Chatni.
  • 1-Boil chicken in 1 cup water till tender and dry, rub chicken with cumin, salt, chili powder, khatai powder and keep aside
  • 2-Method for batter
  • 3-Mix all together in a bowl, beat well until thick batter, dip chicken pieces in prepared batter, deep fry till light golden, serve sprinkled with chat Masala.
