انڈے۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ دو عدد
بریڈ کرم۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ ایک کپ

METHOD

بون لیس چکن کو نمک،کالی مرچ لگا کر پندرہ منٹ کے لیے رکھ دیں۔انڈہ پھینٹ لیں چار ٹیبل اسپون پانی ڈال کر اب چکن کو انڈہ لگا کر اور بریڈ کرم لگا کر ڈیپ فرائی کر لیں۔دوسرا طریقہ یہ ہے کے چکن کا قیمہ بنا کر اس میں نمک،کالی مرچ مکس کر دیں ۔ہرے بھرے بنانے کے لیے اس میں ہرا دھنیا ہری مرچ مکس کر کے شیپ دے لیں اور انڈہ اور بریڈ کرم لگا کر فرائی کر لیں۔
