Add in 1 tbsp ginger garlic patse, salt, 1 tbsp soya sauce, 1 tbsp white vinegar, 2 tbsp corn flour, 1 tbsp chicken cube flour, 1 tsp sugar and 2 egg whites. Mix it for some time and keep it.
To make stock take 2 cups of water and take some chicken bones, along with 1 chopped garlic cloves, black pepper and some salt. Boil it.
Take some oil in the pan and add in chopped garlic in it and fry it till it is golden brown.
Add in 1tbsp corn flour , ½ tbsp soya sauce and ½ tbsp white vinegar and cook it.
When it thickens add in 1 tin mushrooms and ½ tbsp crushed black pepper.
Add in the fried chicken and serve it hot.
