چکن گولے (INGREDIENTS)

چکن کا قیمہ آدھا کلو(دھو کر چھلنی میں ڈال کر پانی خشک کر لیں)
نمک حسب ذائقہ
بریڈ کرمز آدھا کپ
سیاہ مرچ آدھا چائے کا چمچ(پسی ہوئی)
لیموں کا رس ایک چائے کا چمچ
انڈا ایک عدد
کوکنگ آئل حسب ضرورت (ڈیپ فرائی کے لئے)

METHOD

ایک برتن میں چکن کا قیمہ، نمک، سیاہ مرچ پاؤڈر ، بریڈ کرمز، پیاز، ہر ادھنیا، لیموں کا رس، اور انڈا ڈال کر اچھی طرح مکس کر یں اور اسے ڈھک کر بیس منٹ کے لئے فریج میں رکھ دیں۔ گیلے ہاتھوں سے قیمے کے مکسچر کو بیضوی شکل کے کباب بنا لیں۔ ایک کڑاہی میں درمیانی آنچ پر آئل گرم کر یں۔ اس کے بعد اس میں چکن کے قیمے والے کباب ڈال کر گولڈن براؤن ہو جانے تک فرائی کر یں اور نکال کر ٹشو پیپر پر رکھ کر اضافی تیل جذب کر لیں۔
