Ingredients
  1. Chicken boneless 200grams
  2. Black pepper powder 1tsp
  3. Crushed red chili 2 tsp
  4. Salt as required
  5. Lemon 1
  6. Capsicum as required
  7. Tomatoes as required
  8. Onion as required
  9. Pizza dough ingredients
  10. Flour 1 kg
  11. Dry milk 4 tbsp
  12. Yeast 1tsp
  13. Sugar 2 tbsp
  14. Egg 1
  15. Oil 4 tbsp
  16. Water 2 cups
  17. Butter 50 grams
  18. Pizza paste ingredients
  19. Tomato ½ kg
  20. Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  21. Sugar 1 tsp
  22. Oregano ½ tsp
Method
  • To make chicken filling mix 1 tsp black pepper, 2 tsp crushed red chili, salt, 1 lemon and 200 grams boneless chicken Julian.
  • Now add capsicum, onion and tomatoes and keep aside.
  • To make dough mix 1kg flour, 4 tbsp dry milk, 1 tsp yeast, 1 egg, 4 tbsp ol, 2 cups of water and 50 grams butter in a bowl.
  • Now to make pizza pate mix ½ kg tomato, 1tsp ginger garlic paste, 1tsp sugar and ½ tsp oregano in a bowl.
  • When dough is read pour pizza paste on it and then place chicken filling.
  • Top pizza with cheddar cheese and keep in oven to bake
  • Delicious chicken fajita pizza is ready to serve
