Cut ½ kg chicken into bite size pieces. Keep aside.
Grind together ½ bunch of coriander leaves, 3 – 4 green chilies and ¼ bunch of mint leaves.
Then add 1 tbsp desiccated coconut, 1 tbsp salt, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, ½ tsp black pepper, ½ tsp white pepper, 2 tbsp lemon juice, 125 gm yogurt and 2 tbsp fresh cream. Mix well and marinate chicken pieces with the mixture.
Thread 4 – 5 chicken pieces in each wooden skewer. Cook in a grill pan with a little oil till tender.
When its color is golden, remove from pan, put in a serving platter, garnish with onion rings and mint leave.
