Marinate chicken pieces with salt, black pepper, ginger and garlic and worcestershire sauce... leave ot for atleast 15 minutes.
Then heat oil add chopped onion, and cook till it soften.
Add sliced mushrooms and mix.
Add marinated chicken and cook for 5 minutes.... till chicken gets done and all excess water dries... add ketchup and mix.
Add grated cheese mix and switch off the flame.
Now toast the buns on griddle or in toaster .
Spread some mayonnaise.
Then some ketchup.
Spread chicken mixture and top it with chopped salad leaves...
Cover it with other half of bun....serve with french fires and ketchup and enjoy.
