چاولوں کے پکوڑے (INGREDIENTS)
  1. چاول ابلے ہوئے ایک پیالی
  2. بیسن ایک پیالی
  3. زیرہ ایک چائے کا چمچ
  4. دہی پھینٹی ہوئی چوتھائی پیالی
  5. مرچ پاؤڈر آدھا چائے کا چمچ
  6. سبز دھنیا(کٹا ہوا) ایک کھانے کا چمچ
  7. نمک اور تیل حسب ضرورت
METHOD
  • تمام اجزاء سوائے تیل کے مکس کر یں پانی نہ ڈالیں۔چھوٹے چھوٹے گولے بنا لیں۔ گولوں کو تیل میں تل کر سنہری کر لیں اور چٹنی کے ساتھ کھائیں۔
