چنے کی دال گوشت (INGREDIENTS)
  1. مٹن ----- آدھا کلو
  2. چنے کی دال ---- ایک پاؤ
  3. تلی پیاز ----- آدھا کپ
  4. ادرک ------ ایک چائے کا چمچ
  5. لہسن ----- ایک چائے کا چمچ
  6. نمک ----- حسب ذوق
  7. لال مرچ ----- ایک کھانے کا چمچ
  8. ہلدی ----- آدھا چائے کا چمچ
  9. دھنیا ----- ایک چائے کا چمچ
  10. زیرہ پاؤڈر ----- ایک چائے کا چمچ
  11. گرم مصالحہ ----- ایک چائے کا چمچ
  12. ٹماٹر ------ تین عدد
  13. پودینہ ------ آدھا کپ
  14. ہری مرچ ---- چار سے چھ عدد
  15. چاول ------ ایک پاؤ
METHOD
  • تیل گرم کر کے پیاز کو براؤن کرلیں- اب اس میں ادرک٬ لہسن٬ نمک٬ لال مرچ٬ ہلدی٬ دھنیا٬ زیرہ٬ گوشت٬ بھیگی چنے کی دال٬ کٹے ٹماٹر اور پانی شامل کر کے پکائیں- جب گوشت اور دال گل جائے تو ہلکا مکس کرلیں- آخر مین کٹا پودینہ٬ ہری مرچ اور پسا گرم مصالحہ ڈال کر بگھار لگائیں- ابلے ہوئے چاول اور نان کے ساتھ سرو کریں-

Daal gosht, specially when you use chanay ki daal in it, make the taste just like the haleem. If you serve it with salat and lemon it increase the taste as well the fun of eating this daal.

I don’t know who will make this daal gosht with mutton, the method is use in this recipe is good to try it for the beef because chanay ki daal is also take much to cook just like the beef, I also use beef.

Daal gosht is just like the haleem dish if you put some more pulses as well chanay ki daal, for the serving I use onions and the lemon for the purpose of salat in this dish.
