Ingredients
  1. Carrot paste 1 cup
    Flour  1/2 cup
    Baking powder 1 tsp
    Nutmeg powder a pinch
    White bread crumbs 1cup
    Raisins  2 tbsp
    Egg 1-2
    Milk  1/2 cup
    Cream  1/2 cup
    Icing sugar 1 cup
Method
  • Add the milk in a bowl along with the egg and beat well.In a separate bowl add in the dry ingredients along with the carrot paste, mix well and transfer into the whipped egg and milk mixture.
    Mix well. Pour the mixture into a pudding mould and steam until it sets.
    Garnish with cream and serve
