Ingredients
  1. 1 kg chicken boneless
  2. 2 tbsp ginger garlic chopped
  3. 2 chopped green chilies
  4. 1 small bunch of coriander
  5. cup oil
  6. 2 chopped onion
  7. 1 tsp turmeric
  8. 1 tsp fenugreek
  9. 4 cloves
  10. 6-7 cardamoms
  11. 1 piece of cinnamon
  12. 2 cups tomato puree
  13. 1 cup yogurt
  14. cup cream
  15. 1 tsp red chili powder
  16. Chapatti for serving
Method
  • 1.Chop ginger garlic, green chilies and coriander leaves till it turns into a paste.
  • 2.Heat the oil and cook onion till golden brown.
  • 3.Add the paste in it and cook.
  • 4.Add turmeric, fenugreek, cloves, cardamom and cinnamon and cook for two minutes.
  • 5.Now put the mixture somewhere.
  • 6.Now cook the chicken in oil.
  • 7.Now take the chicken out of the pan.
  • 8.Add the tomato puree in the same pan and add tomato puree, yogurt and cook.
  • 9.When the mixture gets ready add chicken, cream and mix well.
  • 10.Garnish it with little bit of coriander and serve with chapattis.
