Ingredients
  1. Bread6 – 8 slices
    Milk½ liter
    Custard powder6 – 7 tbsp
    Fresh cream½ cup
    Mix fruit cocktail1 tin
    Red syrupfew tbsp
    Raisin100 gm
    Sugar125 gm
    Almond chopped25 gm
    Pistachios chopped25 gm
    Chocolate chip25 gm
Method
  • Soak 6 – 8 bread slices in milk, arrange in a pudding mold.
    Heat ½ liter milk in a wok till it comes to a boil, add 125 gm sugar and mix well.
    Now add 6 – 7 tbsp custard powder and cook till thick custard is formed.
    Add 25 gm chopped almond, 25 gm chopped pistachios, 100 gm raisin, 1 tin of mix fruit cocktail and ½ cup fresh cream.
    Turn the flame off and mix well. Stir continuously until custard is cold.
    Pour custard in mold on top of bread slices. Freeze till firm.
    Now flip the mold on a platter, pour a little red syrup on top of pudding. Serve chilled.
