بریڈ سلائس۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ 4عدد دودھ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ 2/1لیٹر چینی۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ ایک پاﺅ کیوڑا۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ ایک کھانے کا چمچہ کھویا۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ ایک کپ مکھن۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ 2کھانے کے چمچے

METHOD

4عددبریڈ سلائس کو 2/1لیٹر دودھ میں بھگو کو 2گھنٹے کے لئے رکھیںاور بلینڈر میں پیس لیں۔ اب اسے کڑاہی میں ڈال کر ہلکی آنچ پر پکائیں اور چمچہ چلاتے رہیں۔ جب پانی خشک ہوجائے تواس میں ایک پاﺅ چینی،2/1چائے کا چمچہ پسی الائچی اور ایک کھانے کا چمچہ کیوڑا ڈال کر ہلکی آنچ پر پکائیں۔ پھر اس میں ایک کپ کھویا چورا کرکے شامل کردیں۔ اس کے بعد ٹرے پر 2کھانے کے چمچے مکھن لگا کر گریس کرلیںاور اس میں پورا مکسچر ڈال کرآدھے گھنٹے کے لئے اوون میں بیک کرلیں۔ آخر میں نکال کر کاٹیں اور 50گرا م باریک کٹے پستے ڈال کر سرو کریں۔
