بونٹ پلاؤ (INGREDIENTS)
  1. چاول ایک کلو
  2. گھی ایک پاؤ
  3. بونٹ پاؤ
  4. لونگ بڑی الائچی دو عدد
  5. پیاز دو پوتھیاں
  6. کالی مرچیں ایک تولہ
  7. گھی ایک پاؤ
  8. ادرک ایک چھوٹی گانٹھ
METHOD
  • بونٹوں کو مسل کر ان کی دال بنا لیں۔ پھر ان کو پسا ہوا نمک لگائیں اور ایک طرف رکھ دیں اس کے بعد ادرک اور پیاز کا قیمہ کر یں۔ پھر اسے بونٹ کی دال ملا کر ایک دیگچی میں ڈال دیں اور ان کے اوپر پانی میں بھیگے ہوئے چاولوں کی تہہ بچھا دیں پھر دیگچی چولہے پر چڑھا کر اسے کچھ دیر تیز آنچ دیں پھر گھی ڈالیں اور چند منٹ بعد چولہے سے اتار لیں۔ بونٹ پلاؤ تیار ملے گا۔
