In a chopper add ½ kg boneless, 2 bread slice and 2 tbsp vinegar to make paste. when all mix together add 6 green chilies, 1 tsp black pepper, 1 tbsp red chili, salt to taste, 1 bunch of green coriander chopped and 2 tbsp ketchup to mix to form a mixture. then made cutlets from batter and coat them with egg white and bread crumbs. Heat as required oil in pan and fry cutlets till it turn golden brown. Serve it with chili sauce.
