Bhopali Korma recipe by Chef Zakir. This delightful Main Course recipe of Bhopali Korma can be ready in approximately 30 Minutes and good to serve around 2-4 People. Follow all the steps recommended by Chef to get a perfect dish. Hide

INGREDIENTS

Meat1/2kg
Yogurt125g
Medium sized onions2
Green chilies3-4
Oil1/4cup
Turmeric1tsp
All spice powder1tsp
Fennel seeds1tbsp
Whole coriander1tbsp
Red chili powder1tbsp
Crushed cumin seeds1tbsp
Nutmeg and mace powder1/2tsp
Cardamom powder1/2tsp
Ginger garlic paste2tbsp
Chopped coriander2tbsp
Muslin clothas required
Saltas required

METHOD

In  a muslin cloth place the whole coriander and cumin and wrap
Heat oil in a  pan and fry the finely sliced onions  and  ginger and garlic paste for a few minutes
Add in ½ kg mutton and the spice bag. Fry the mutton until the onions are uniformly distributed
Add the yogurt, cumin powder, red chili powder, turmeric, all spice powder, nutmeg and mace powder, and cardamom powder and fennel seeds
Add 1 cup water, cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes or until the meat is tender
Now add the julienne cut green chilies and increase the flame .Cook until the gravy thickens
The bhopali korma is now ready to serve
