Ingredients
  1. • Boneless Mutton ½ kg
  2. • Yogurt 1 cup
  3. • Onion 1
  4. • Potato 1
  5. • Tomato 2
  6. • Chopped coriander 1 tsp
  7. • 1 tbsp Raw papaya paste
  8. • Salt ½ tsp or to taste
  9. • All spices powder ½ tsp
  10. • Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
  11. • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  12. • Oil 4 tbsp
  13. • Red chili powder 1, 1/2 tsp or to taste
Method
  • 1. Apply salt, yogurt, red chili powder, all spice powder, raw papaya paste, oil, chopped coriander, ginger garlic paste and lemon juice on mutton pieces. Leave to marinate overnight.
  • 2. Cut up potato, tomato and onion.
  • 3. Add them to the marinated mutton 10 minutes before frying.
  • 4. Alternately thread a piece of mutton with the diced potato, tomato and onion on skewers.
  • 5. Cook the skewers in a frying pan or grill pan.
  • 6. Now balochi tikka is ready to serve.

I don’t know why this tikka is called balochi tikka, actually the tikka which eat in the balochistan is quiet different in the taste which preparation is also very difficult because for that you have to dig a hole in the soil.

Why this tikka is different from the other tikka, I read the complete recipe of balochi tikka but I noted that it is very similar to the normal regular tikka, I think the ingredients are little bit light.

What so different in this recipe only the name of this dish is different. Reading the instructions of this dish all ingredients is same like normal Tikka Boti Dish.

I am also using skewers to cook it into the grill of coal because the taste of grill is different but it is also good to fry it. This balchi tikka boti is more spicy but in which there is no any packet.
