Ingredients
  1. Minced lamb 250 gms
  2. Beef minced 250 gms
  3. Spring onion 2 tbsp (chopped)
  4. Eggs 2 lightly beaten
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Bread slice 2 slices
  7. All spice 1/2 tsp (ground)
  8. Dry dates and dry apricot 2 each soak in Sam water till soften
  9. Pine nuts 2 tbsp (crushed)
  10. Pistachio 2 tbsp (crushed)
  11. Saffron powder 1/4 tsp
  12. Mint chopped 1/2 tsp
  13. Chopped green chilies 2 tsp
  14. Oil 1/2 cup
Method
  • 1.Soften the bread slices, chop dry dates and apricot.
  • 2.Mix all the ingredients together refrigerate mixture for 30 minutes.
  • 3.Make ring shape rissoles.
  • 4.Heat half the oil fry three ring rissoles at a time.
  • 5.Fry the first side for 5 minutes at medium heat then change the side and fry for another 5 minutes.
  • 6.Fry the remaining rings in the same way.
  • 7.Serve with rice and yogurt.
  • Note: Cooking Time: 45-50 minuts, Serving: 2-3 persons
