وائٹ چاکلیٹ ۔۔۔ 850 گرام
مکس ڈرائی فروٹ ۔۔ 150 گرام

METHOD

سب سے پہلے 850 گرام ؤائٹ چاکلیٹ کو Temper کر لیں۔ مولڈ میں Temper کی ہوئی وائٹ چاکلیٹ ڈالیں اور کسی ہموار سطح پر اچھی طرح ٹپخیں۔ scraper کی مدد اوپر سے بچ چانے والی زائد چاکلیٹ کو ہٹا دیں۔ اب اوپر ڈرائی فروٹ ترتیب سے لگا کر دبالیں۔ اب بارمولڈز کو کسی خشک اور ٹھنڈی جگہ پر تین سے چار گھنٹے کے لئے رکھ دیں۔ بار جم جائے تو مولڈ سے نکال کر پیش کریں۔
