1- This no-cook dessert uses a surprise ingredient: baby food. Be sure to use a product without added sugar and to allow at least an hour to chill the dessert.
2- With an electric mixer on medium, beat cream and sugar substitute until medium-firm peaks form.
3- Gently fold in baby food (you will need 16 oz or four 4 oz jars).
4- Divide among 6 dessert glasses and chill at least 1 hour before serving.
