Ingredients
  1. Beef ½ kg
    Figs 125gm
    Onion 1
    Tomatoes 2
    Green coriander ½ bunch
    Coriander powder 1 tsp
    Turmeric powder ½ bunch
    All spice powder 1 tsp
    Red chili powder 1 tbsp
    Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
    Crushed black pepper ½ tsp
    Oil 3-5 tbsp
Method
  • Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add  ginger garlic paste and chopped onion – fry till light brown and crisp
    Wash meat, pat dry and cut into 1 1/2″ cubes. Add meat to pan and fry till light brown.
    Add 2 chopped tomatoes and fry until the oil comes on top.
    Now add 1tbsp red chili powder, 1tsp coriander powder, 1tsp tuermic,1/2tsp[ crushed black pepper,1tsp all spice powder,125g figs and salt as required.
    Cook until the meat is tender.
    When the gravy thickens, sprinkle chopped coriander leaves and serve.
