Ingredients
  1. 125 gm Butter
  2. 3 Egg yolk
  3. 1 1/2 tbsp Lemon juice
  4. 1tsp White pepper
  5. 2 Egg white
  6. as required Salt
Method
  • Add butter in a sauce pan and stir until melted. Blend together the egg yolks, lemon juice, and white pepper. Now gradually add in the melted butter and blend.
  • Pour the mixture into a bowl and allow to cool. In a separate bowl add the eggs whites and salt and beat with an electric beater until the whites turn fluffy. Transfer
  • The egg whites into the egg yolk mixture and mix. Put in the refrigerator to cool
