In a pan put together 1 kg mutton, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste and salt to taste. Cook over low flame till tender. Heat 1 cup oil in pan, add 2 chopped onion and fry till golden brown, add in 4 curry leaves, 1 tsp cumin seeds, 1 tsp turmeric, 1 tsp fennel seeds, 2 bay leaves, ½ tsp salt and 12 whole red chilies. Now add boiled meat with ½ kg sliced tomatoes. Cook well, lastly add 12 green chilies and simmer for 10 minutes.
