Beat 6 eggs with 4 green cardamoms and a pinch of yellow color. Heat 250 gm ghee in pan, add beaten egg mixture and fry well over low flame till its color turn to golden. Now add 125 gm sugar and fry till dries. Lastly add ½ kg khoya and fry for few minutes, turn the flame off. Sprinkle 50 gm chopped almond & pistachio. Garnish with silver foil and serve.
