Many chef also use kash kash powder in achari gosht and the coconut powder which make the taste much better, my mother is also include. It becomes sour in the taste which our whole family like.

Achari gosht is totally a new dish for me which I tried first time yesterday, all the ingredients which I used it made very tasty that is why every members in my family appreciate me due to the taste.

Yes, I also feel that the taste of achari karahi is not much similar like a karahi, it is also like just achar gosht. I don’t know what is the dish which chef wants to make in this recipe but I am not success.

Achari karahi is just becomes like the achar gosht because the taste of the delicious karahi mix together with achar that is why you could not justify while eating that you eat achari karahi.

Achari Karahi indeed is a great dish but whenever I tried to make it in home it does not taste like the one ate in some restaurant of Islamabad.
