Achari Fish Tikkae recipe by Zubaida Tariq. This delightful Appetizers recipe of Achari Fish Tikkae can be ready in approximately 20 Minutes and good to serve around 2-3 People. Follow all the steps recommended by Chef to get a perfect dish.


Fish 1/2 kg
Lemon 4
Turmeric  1 tsp
Roasted and ground cumin 1 tsp
Crushed red chilies 1 tbsp
Tikka masala   2 tbsp
White vinegar  2tbsp
Oil  as required
Salt   as required


Cut the fish into cubes and add 2tbsp white vinegar .Leave aside for 5 minutes and wash
Place the fish in a colander to drain the water
For the marinade mix together 1tsp turmeric, salt as required, the juice of 4 lemons, 2tbsp tikka masala,1tsp roasted and ground cumin and 1tbsp crushed red chilies.
Coat the fish with the marinade and leave aside for 10 minutes
Heat a grill pan and grease it slightly.
Grill the fish , turning when one side has slightly browned
The delicious achari fish tikkae  are ready to serve
