Ingredients
  1. Lady fingers½ kg
    Yogurt1 cup
    Mustard oil1 cup
    Green chilies6
    Curry leaves few
    Fenugreek seedsfew seeds
    Tamarind paste ½ cup
    Turmeric1 tsp
    White cumin seeds1 tsp
    Fennel seeds1 tsp
    Nigella seeds1 tsp
    Mustard seed1 tsp
    Red chili flakes1 tbsp
    Coriander seeds               ½ tbsp
    Saltto taste
Method
  • Take 1 cup oil in the pan and add in fenugreek seeds. Add in lady fingers and fru them till they are golden brown. Add in 1 tsp turmeric, 1 tsp nigella seeds, cumin, fennel seeds, tamarind paste and curry leaves. Simmer for 5-10 minutes.  Add in salt and serve hot.
