  4. زیرہ۔۔۔۔۔۔ ایک چائے کا چمچہ
  5. ثابت لال مرچ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ آٹھ سے دس عدد
  6. نمک۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ حسب ذوق
  7. پسی ہلدی۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ تھوڑی سی
  8. میتھی۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ ایک کپ
  9. ٹماٹر۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ دو عدد
METHOD
  • تیل گرم کر کے لہسن،زیرہ،گول لال مرچ ،میتھی کے پتے۔ٹماٹر،نمک اور ہلدی پاؤڈر ڈآل کر پکائیں۔ اب اسمیں کٹے آلو شامل کرکے ہلکی آنچ پر پکنے دیں۔ آلو میتھی تیار ہے۔
