  1. glass boil rice 3
  2. 5 green chili crushed
  3. salt 4 tb spoon
  4. oil 3 cup
  5. white cumins
  6. red chilli 3 tb spoon
  7. 4 tomatoes
  8. 1cup tomato paste
  9. onion
  10. biryani masala2 tb spoon
METHOD
  • 3 glass chawal saaf karke boil karein. phir boil karne ke baad pani nikal dain ek patili main bareek kati hoi pyaaz ko bhone halke brown hone k baad zeera bhon dain phir hari mirch or red mirch or daal kar bhone phir 4bareek kate hoye tomato or tomato paste daldain phir masala chawalon main daal kar 5 min dam dain dai pulao tyaar hai serve karain
