Surah Yusuf Ayat 24 in Arabic
وَلَـقَدۡ هَمَّتۡ بِهٖۚ وَهَمَّ بِهَا لَوۡلَاۤ اَنۡ رَّاٰ بُرۡهَانَ رَبِّهٖؕ كَذٰلِكَ لِنَصۡرِفَ عَنۡهُ السُّۤوۡءَ وَالۡـفَحۡشَآءَؕ اِنَّهٗ مِنۡ عِبَادِنَا الۡمُخۡلَصِيۡنَ ﴿۲۴﴾
Surah Yusuf Ayat 24 with Urdu Translation
اور بیشک عورت نے اس کا ارادہ کیا اور وہ بھی عورت کا ارادہ کرتا اگر اپنے رب کی دلیل نہ دیکھ لیتا (ف۶۲) ہم نے یوں ہی کیا کہ اس سے برائی اور بے حیائی کو پھیر دیں (ف۶۳) بیشک وہ ہمارے چنے ہوئے بندوں میں سے ہے (ف۶۴) ﴿۲۴﴾

اور اس عورت نے ان کا قصد کیا اور انہوں نے اس کا قصد کیا۔ اگر وہ اپنے پروردگار کی نشانی نہ دیکھتے (تو جو ہوتا ہوتا) یوں اس لیے (کیا گیا) کہ ہم ان سے برائی اور بےحیائی کو روک دیں۔ بےشک وہ ہمارے خالص بندوں میں سے تھے ﴿۲۴﴾

Surah Yusuf Ayat 24 with English Translation
She verily desired him, and he would have desired her if it had not been that he saw the argument of his Lord. Thus it was, that We might ward off from him evil and lewdness. Lo! he was of Our chosen slaves. ﴾24﴿
