اِلَّا الۡمُسۡتَضۡعَفِيۡنَ مِنَ الرِّجَالِ وَالنِّسَآءِ وَالۡوِلۡدَانِ لَا يَسۡتَطِيۡعُوۡنَ حِيۡلَةً وَّلَا يَهۡتَدُوۡنَ سَبِيۡلاًۙ ﴿۹۸﴾

مگر وہ جو دبالیے گئے مرد اور عورتیں اور بچے جنہیں نہ کوئی تدبیر بن پڑے (ف۲۶۹) نہ راستہ جانیں، ﴿۹۸﴾

ہاں جو مرد اور عورتیں اور بچے بےبس ہیں کہ نہ تو کوئی چارہ کر سکتے ہیں اور نہ رستہ جانتے ہیں ﴿۹۸﴾
