Surah Maidah Ayat 107 in Arabic
فَاِنۡ عُثِرَ عَلٰٓى اَنَّهُمَا اسۡتَحَقَّاۤ اِثۡمًا فَاٰخَرٰنِ يَقُوۡمٰنِ مَقَامَهُمَا مِنَ الَّذِيۡنَ اسۡتَحَقَّ عَلَيۡهِمُ الۡاَوۡلَيٰنِ فَيُقۡسِمٰنِ بِاللّٰهِ لَشَهَادَتُنَاۤ اَحَقُّ مِنۡ شَهَادَتِهِمَا وَ مَا اعۡتَدَيۡنَاۤ ۖ اِنَّاۤ اِذًا لَّمِنَ الظّٰلِمِيۡنَ ﴿۱۰۷﴾
Surah Maidah Ayat 107 with Urdu Translation
پھر اگر پتہ چلے کہ وہ کسی گناہ کے سزاوار ہوئے (ف۲۵۷) تو ان کی جگہ دو اور کھڑے ہوں ان میں سے کہ اس گناہ یعنی جھوٹی گواہی نے ان کا حق لے کر ان کو نقصان پہنچایا (ف۲۵۸) جو میت سے زیادہ قریب ہوں تو اللہ کی قسم کھائیں کہ ہماری گواہی زیادہ ٹھیک ہے ان دو کی گواہی سے اور ہم حد سے نہ بڑھے (ف۲۵۹) ایسا ہو تو ہم ظالموں میں ہوں، ﴿۱۰۷﴾

پھر اگر معلوم ہو جائے کہ ان دونوں نے (جھوٹ بول کر) گناہ حاصل کیا ہے تو جن لوگوں کا انہوں نے حق مارنا چاہا تھا ان میں سے ان کی جگہ اور دو گواہ کھڑے ہوں جو (میت سے) قرابت قریبہ رکھتے ہوں پھر وہ خدا کی قسمیں کھائیں کہ ہماری شہادت ان کی شہادت سے بہت اچھی ہے اور ہم نے کوئی زیادتی نہیں کی ایسا کیا ہو تو ہم بےانصاف ہیں ﴿۱۰۷﴾

Surah Maidah Ayat 107 with English Translation
But then, if it is afterwards ascertained that both of them merit (the suspicion of) sin, let two others take their place of those nearly concerned, and let them swear by Allah, (saying): Verily our testimony is truer than their testimony and we have not transgressed (the bounds of duty), for them indeed we should be of the evil-doers. ﴾107﴿
