Surah Al Imran Ayat 78 in Arabic
وَاِنَّ مِنۡهُمۡ لَـفَرِيۡقًا يَّلۡوٗنَ اَلۡسِنَتَهُمۡ بِالۡكِتٰبِ لِتَحۡسَبُوۡهُ مِنَ الۡكِتٰبِۚ وَمَا هُوَ مِنَ الۡكِتٰبِۚ وَيَقُوۡلُوۡنَ هُوَ مِنۡ عِنۡدِ اللّٰهِ وَمَا هُوَ مِنۡ عِنۡدِ اللّٰهِۚ وَيَقُوۡلُوۡنَ عَلَى اللّٰهِ الۡكَذِبَ وَ هُمۡ يَعۡلَمُوۡنَ ﴿۷۸﴾
Surah Al Imran Ayat 78 with Urdu Translation
اور ان میں کچھ وہ ہیں جو زبان پھیر کر کتاب میں میل (ملاوٹ) کرتے ہیں کہ تم سمجھو یہ بھی کتاب میں ہے اور وہ کتاب میں نہیں، اور وہ کہتے ہیں یہ اللہ کے پاس سے ہے اور وہ اللہ کے پاس سے نہیں، اور اللہ پر دیدہ و دانستہ جھوٹ باندھتے ہیں (ف۱۴۸) ﴿۷۸﴾

اور ان (اہلِ کتاب) میں بعضے ایسے ہیں کہ کتاب (تورات) کو زبان مروڑ مروڑ کر پڑھتے ہیں تاکہ تم سمجھو کہ جو کچھ وہ پڑھتے ہیں کتاب میں سے ہے حالانکہ وہ کتاب میں سے نہیں ہے اور کہتے ہیں کہ وہ خدا کی طرف سے (نازل ہوا) ہے حالانکہ وہ خدا کی طرف سے نہیں ہوتا اور خدا پر جھوٹ بولتے ہیں اور (یہ بات) جانتے بھی ہیں ﴿۷۸﴾

Surah Al Imran Ayat 78 with English Translation
And lo! there is a party of them who distort the Scripture with their tongues, that ye may think that what they say is from the Scripture, when it is not from the Scripture. And they say: It is from Allah, when it is not from Allah; and they speak a lie concerning Allah knowingly. ﴾78﴿
