China, Russia veto US push for more UN sanctions on North Korea

China and Russia have vetoed a US-led move to impose more United Nations sanctions on North Korea over its renewed ballistic missile launches.

The remaining 13 council members all voted in favor of the US-drafted resolution that proposed banning tobacco and oil exports to North Korea.
