You may go for CA or ACCA at the same time alongwith the hotel management studies at the uni level as such streams are flexible and provides u the opportunity to complete them at the pace which suits you. In case of doing CA, it is better to choose ecoomics, accounting and business studies a your subject to utilise optimum exmptiopns. N.B It is better to go for a one stream rather than becoming a jack of all and master of none.
