Ingredients
  1. Fish fillet ½ kg
    Spinach 1 bunch
    Yogurt 250 gm
    Water 1 cup
    Rice flour 2 tbsp
    Lemon juice 1 tbsp
    Egg yolk 2
    Cream cheese 2 tbsp
    Spring onion chopped 1
    Garlic 2 – 3 cloves
    Salt to taste
    Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
    Big green chilies chopped  2 – 3
    Oil 2 – 3 tbsp
Method
  • Boil 1 glass water in a pan, add in fish pieces and dip for a few seconds.
    Now remove fish from the boiling water and keep aside.
    Heat oil in a wok, add chopped onion, chopped garlic and 2 – 3 chopped green chilies. Fry till golden brown.
    Then add in beaten yogurt and rice flour, cover & cook for 8 – 10 minutes.
    Meanwhile wash 1 bunch of fresh spinach and chop it finely.
    Remove lid of the pan, add in salt to taste, 1 tsp black pepper, 1 tbsp lemon juice, chopped spinach, 2 tbsp cream cheese and cook for 1 – 2 minutes.
    Lastly add blanched fish and mix well.
    Dish it out and serve hot.
