Ingredients
  1. Walnut (finally cut) 2 cups, sugar 2 cups, whole dried milk 1 cup, green cardamoms 8, Roasted semolina 1/2 cup, Oil 1 cup, Almonds, pistachios (finally cut) and whole dried milk for garnishing.
Method
  • Heat oil in a woke and fry green cardamoms till they give off aroma.
  • Fry walnuts lightly; fry add whole dried milk,sugar and semolina and fry for 10 minutes.
  • Grease a dish; place halwa in it and level with spoon.
  • Garnish with whole dried milk, almonds and pistachios.
