Ingredients
  1. Celery stick 1
    Spring onion 1
    Walnut 100 gm
    Parsley chopped ¼ bunch
    Dill chopped ¼ bunch
    Garlic paste 1 tbsp
    Worcestershire sauce 2 tbsp
    Cottage cheese 1 packet
    Cream cheese 4 tbsp
    Butter 2 tbsp
    Boiled eggs 2
    Chicken breast boiled 2
    Salt to taste
    Black pepper powder ½ tsp
    French bread 1
Method
  • Boil 100 gm walnut with a little water for 1 – 2 minutes.
    In a bowl mix together boiled walnut, chopped spring onion, chopped parsley, chopped dill, chopped celery stick and mix well.
    Then add in Worchester sauce, cottage cheese and 4 tbsp cream cheese.
    Also add salt to taste, ½ tsp black pepper powder and 2 boiled egg. Mix well and keep aside.
    In a separate bowl mix together 2 tbsp butter and 1 tbsp garlic paste.
    Cut French bread into slices, spread each slice with a little butter mixture. now toast in grill pan till its color turn to golden brown.
    Remove in a platter, pour walnut mixture on top and garnish with salad leaves.
