Ingredients
  1. Vermicelli           4-5 tbsp
    Eggs    2 (beaten)
    Butter                  50 grams
    Milk    3 cups
    Condensed milk             ¾ cup
    Cardamom powder       ¾ tsp
    Almond blanched          as required
Method
  • Boil milk and butter add vermicelli and cook for 2 -3 minutes.
    Remove from heat cool add in condensed milk, beaten eggs, cardamom powder, sliced almonds
    Put the mixture in a greased oven proof dish and bake in a pre heated oven for 30 minutes at 180 degree.
    The delicious vermicelli pudding is ready to serve.
