Ingredients
  1. Banana1
    Apple1
    Dates6-8
    Pineapple¼ cup
    Currants2 tbsp
    Brown sugar2 tbsp
    Cinnamon powder½ tsp
    Lemon juice1 tbsp
    Frozen parathas 6-8
    Samosa strips as required
    Oilfor deep fry
    Icing sugarfor dust
Method
  • Mix 1 banana,1 apple, 6-8 dates,1/4 cup of pineapple chunks, 2 tbsp of raisins,2tbsp brown sugar ,1/2 tsp cinnamon powder and 1 tbsp of lemon juice in a bowl.
    Now place prepared filling in centre of paratha or samaosa pati and make the shape of bag from the edges of paratha/samosa pati.
    Then deep fry the parathas and dust icing sugar on it .
