  1. Flour3 cups
    Baking soda½ tsp
    Sugar1tbsp
    Salt½ tsp
    Oil¼ cup
    Curd½ cup
    Butter/ghee4 tbsp
    Nigella seed½ tsp
    White sesame seed2-3 tbsp
    Warm wateras required

Method
  • For making dough mix 3 cups of flour, ½ tsp of baking soda, 1 tbsp sugar,1/2 tsp salt,1/4 cup oil and ½ cup curd in a bowl and for ½ an hour.
    Now make small balls and then with help of rolling pin flattened small balls.
    Now sprinkle Nigella seeds and white sesame seeds and fry them on griddle.
    Before removing Nan from griddle brush up with butter.
    Delicious Nan with til are ready to serve
