Ingredients
  1. Garlic paste 1 tbsp
    Oil 2 tbsp
    Fish sliced ½ kg
    Coriander leaves ½ bunch
    Basil chopped ¼ bunch
    Lemon skin 1 tsp
    Garlic  3 – 4 cloves
    Fish sauce 1 tbsp
    Lemon juice 1 tbsp
    Chili sauce 1 tbsp
    Fresh red chilies chopped 2
    Salt to taste
    Charcoal as required
Method
  • In chopper put together ½ bunch of coriander leaves, ¼ bunch of basil leaves,  1 tsp lemon skin, 3 – 4 cloves of garlic, 1 tbsp fish sauce, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp chili sauce and 2 tbsp oil. Chopperize finely.
    Remove mixture in a bowl.
    Marinate ½ kg fish slices with 2 chopped fresh red chilies, 1 tbsp garlic paste, salt to taste and lemon juice. Also add in chopperized mixture and mix very well.
    Now Bar BQ fish pieces or shallow fry till golden brown.
    Remove in a serving dish and serve hot with chutney.
