Ingredients
  1. Boneless chicken½ kg
    Yogurt250 grams
    Tomatoes2
    Onion2
    Green chilies6
    Cream1 cup
    Oil½ cup
    Coriander leaves½ bunch
    All spice powder1 tsp
    Fenugreek1 tsp
    Salt1 tsp
    Ginger garlic paste2 tsp
    Carom seeds½ tsp
    Cardamom powder½ tsp
    Lemon juice4 tbsp
Method
  • Marinate ½ kg chicken with 2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 4 tbsp lemon juice, 250 grams yogurt, 1 cup cream and 1 tsp salt for half an hour.
    Heat ½ cup oil on a griddle, fry 1 tsp fenugreek, 6 green chilies, 2 onion, 2 tomato, ½ tsp carom seeds, 1 tsp all spice powder and ½ tsp cardamom powder. Now add chicken in it and let it cook for 10 minutes.
    Add ½ bunch coriander leaves and mix well.
    Tawa chicken is ready to serve.
