ٹماٹر، مرغ اور انڈوں کا سوپ (INGREDIENTS)

مرغ کا گوشت ایک پیالی (باریک ریشے کر لیں)
ٹماٹر کا رس دو پیالی(چھان لیں)
مکھن دو کھانے کے چمچے
کارن فلور ایک چائے کا چمچہ
ہری پیاز ایک (کاٹ لیں)
لہسن چار جوئے (کاٹ لیں)
چینی ایک چائے کا چمچہ

METHOD

گوشت میں 8پیالی پانی ڈال کر ابلنے رکھ دیں۔ اس میں لہسن، پیاز اور ادرک ملا دیں۔ چھ پیالی پانی رہ جائے تو نوڈلز ڈال دیں اور چینی ملا کر خوب پکائیں۔ نوڈلز گل جائیں تو اتار لیں اور چلی سوس اور سویا سوس ملا دیں۔ حسب خواہش نمک چھڑک کر پیش کر یں۔
