Ingredients
  1. 1) Spinach 200 gm
  2. 2) Water 500 ml
  3. 3) Milk 3/4 cup
  4. 4) Worcestershire sauce 5 drops
  5. 5) Pizza sauce 1/2 cup
  6. 6) Salt and pepper to taste
Method
  • 1. Wash the spinach thoroughly and cut into small pieces.
  • 2. Pressure cook for 5 minutes with the water.
  • 3. Add the salt and pepper.
  • 4. Remove from the heat and blend in a blender.Strain.
  • 5. Add the pizza sauce and Worcestershire sauce and cook for 5 minutes.
  • 6. Remove. Stir in the milk and serve.
