Ingredients
  1. Beef mince 1/2 kg
  2. Ginger 1
  3. Egg 1
  4. Green chilies 2
  5. Garlic cloves 4
  6. Onion fried 1 cup
  7. Red chili powder 2 tsp
  8. Dessicated coconut 1 tbsp
  9. Garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
  10. Mace 1/2 tsp
  11. Salt 1/2 tsp
  12. Oil for frying
  13. Almonds crushed 1 tbsp
  14. Cream 1 tbsp
  15. For Sizzling:
  16. Tomato ketchup 1 cup
  17. Stock 1 cup
  18. Garlic chopped 1 tbsp
  19. Salt 1/2 tsp
  20. Butter 100 gm
  21. Knorr cube 1
Method
  • Put mince, green chilies, garlic, ginger, coconut, onion, , garam masala powder, mace, red chili powder, knorr cube and salt and chopper and grind finely.
  • Now mix egg, almonds and cream.
  • Then skew small small kabab on skewers and roast lightly on gas stove.
  • Then remove from skewer, fry in hot oil until golden brown and close stove.
  • Sizzling seekh kabab is ready.
  • For sizzling: Put tomato ketchup, salt and stock in pot and mix it.
  • Now heat sizzling and put butter and garlic.
  • Then put ketchup and stock mixture, put on kabab and serve.
