Ingredients
  1. 1/2 Cup Basmati tota rice
    1 Liter Milk
    1 Cup Sugar
    1/4 Cups Almond flakes
    Few Drop Kevera essence
    2 tbsp Semolina ( Suji )
Method
  • Soak the rice for 1/2 hours; rinse the rice, spread on a
    cloth to dry. Wash the semolina. Put 01 liter milk to boiling on low heat. When
    it come to boiling point, add sugar, keep stirring till the sugar is dissolved into
    the milk. Add the semolina into the hot milk & the dried tota rice, keep
    stirring, till the milk get thick texture; add the kevera essence & the
    almonds flakes into it.
    Remove it from the heat. Pour it in small clay bowls or in
    any fancy deep platter. Garnish with some almonds flakes.
