  4. مسٹر ڈ پیسٹ---------- 2ٹی سپون
  5. کالی مرچ-------- 1ٹی سپون
  6. نمک--------- حسبِ ذائقہ
  7. انڈا------- ایک عدد
  8. میدہ------------ 2/1کپ
  9. ڈبل روٹی کا چورا------------- حسبِ ضرورت

METHOD
  • اُبلے ہوئے آلوﺅں مین ساسجز کا قیمہ ، مسٹر ڈپیسٹ ، کالی مرچ اور نمک ملا کر خوبمکس کریں۔ ابلے ہوئے انڈوںپر اسکو اچھی طرح کوٹ کردیں جسیے نرگسی کوفتوں پر قیمہ چڑھاتے ہیں۔ اب انہیں پہلے میدے میں رول کریں پھر انڈے میں ڈپ کریں ۔ اسکے بعد ڈبل روٹی کا چورا لگادیں اور فرائی کرلیں۔ درمیان سے کاٹ کر دو ٹکڑے کرلیں پھر سرو کریں
