Ingredients
  1. Minced meat___ half kg
  2. Eggs___ 2 nos
  3. Onion___ 3 bundle
  4. Vinegar___ 125 grams
  5. Saffaron___ small quantity
  6. Fryng oil___ 250 ml
  7. Ginger___ 1 swmall bundle
  8. Yoghurt___ 125 grams
  9. Black pepper___ 6 nos
  10. Salt___ as required
Method
  • Chop onion into rounded pieces and fry into oil and chop ginger bundle and black pepper into vinegar.
  • Add salt in this mixture.
  • Remember that do not add water in it.
  • Add these spices into minced meat and add some water in it.
  • Then add it in boiler and place on the fire and leave to heat for 10 to 15 minutes then draw it from
  • the stove.
  • Take out the Spice mixed minced meat from the boiler and chop on the slab.
  • At this stage add fried onion and saffaron in it.
  • Then add yoghurt in it.
  • Prepare kababs of it.
  • Beat well egg\'s white and yolk and dip kababs into this mixture. Saffaron kababs will be ready.
