Ingredients
  1. Milk 1 liter
    Water 1 ½ glass
    Sugar  250 gm
    Semolina  4 tbsp
    Lemon juice 1 tbsp
    Kewra 1 tbsp
    Flour 1 tbsp
    Baking powder  ½ tsp
    Mix dry fruits 25 gm
Method
  • Boil 1 liter milk, add in 1 tbsp lemon juice and mix well till it curdles.
    Now put it in a muslin cloth, squeeze out extra water.
    Remove thick mixture in a bowl. Add in 4 tbsp semolina, 1 tbsp flour and ½ tsp baking powder. Mix well and knead to dough.
    Make small pera’s.
    In a pan put together 1 ½ glass of water, 250 gm sugar and 1 tbsp kewra. Cook till sugar of medium consistency is formed.
    Now lower the flame. Add in prepared pera’s.
    Cook till pera’s comes on top. Remove pera’s in a serving platter, pour sugar syrup on top.
    Garnish with 25 gm chopped almond and pistachios.
